1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and acewin as the operator of the online entertainment platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the acewin platform through any device or means of access.

By clicking "Register", "Login", or any action indicating acceptance on the AceWin platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy which forms part of this document. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2 Membership Eligibility

To register and use the acewin platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• One Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one acewin account. Owning multiple accounts under the same name or different identities is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
• Non-Staff: AceWin staff, their immediate family members, and business partners are not permitted to open player accounts.

AceWin reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and request supporting documents for identity verification (KYC) purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

3 Account Registration & Security

During the registration process, you are required to provide your full name, valid email address, phone number, and date of birth. This information will be used for identity verification, transaction processing, and service communications.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity that occurs under your account, whether with or without your knowledge, is entirely your responsibility. AceWin strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings
• Not sharing your login details with anyone, including family members
• Log out of your account when using a shared device
• Report immediately to the support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

AceWin shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's negligence or failure to follow security procedures.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

AceWin accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a variety of secure and verified payment methods. All deposits are processed through an integrated payment system protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Minimum Deposit Limit: RM 20 for most payment methods. Limits may vary depending on the specific payment method.
• Source of Funds: You confirm that the funds deposited are entirely your own and are not proceeds from any unlawful activity.
• Daily Limit: Players may set their own daily deposit limits through account settings as a responsible gaming control tool.
• Processing Time: E-wallet deposits are credited instantly. FPX bank transfers are processed within 1–5 minutes depending on the banking system.
• Transaction Fees: AceWin does not charge any fees for deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet are your own responsibility.

Any attempt to deposit funds through unauthorized methods or using a credit or debit card not registered under your name will be declined and may result in account suspension for further investigation.

5 Wins Withdrawal

Wins earned on the AceWin platform may be withdrawn subject to the following conditions, which must be fully met:

• Full KYC: Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Account in Your Own Name: Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your AceWin account.
• Bonus Terms: If you have an active bonus, the associated rollover requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum Withdrawal Limit: Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 for e-wallets and RM 50 for bank transfers.
• Security Review: Withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 may require additional security verification, which can take up to two business days.

AceWin does not charge any fees for withdrawals. Standard processing times are 15–60 minutes for e-wallets and 1–3 hours for DuitNow/FPX bank transfers, processed seven days a week. For more information, refer to the Wins ours.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programme

AceWin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover: Most bonuses have a rollover requirement of between 5x and 30x depending on the bonus type. The exact rollover terms are stated on each bonus offer.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a stated validity period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not use more than one bonus at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Abuse: AceWin reserves the right to decline, cancel, or withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.
• One Offer Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one account per IP address, device, or household unless otherwise stated.

AceWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus program or promotion at any time without prior notice. AceWin's decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the AceWin platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has received internationally accredited independent audit certification. This ensures every game outcome is genuine, random, and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• RTP Value: The Return to Player (RTP) for each game is displayed transparently on the game information page. RTP is the theoretical return percentage over the long term, not a guarantee of wins per session.
• Final Decisions: Game results recorded by the AceWin system are final. Any disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of the time the game took place.
• Technical Disruptions: If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue on AceWin's end, the affected bets will be returned to the player's account. AceWin is not responsible for disruptions caused by connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in the gaming system is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure with balance freeze.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The AceWin platform is intended for legitimate entertainment purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary:

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to play or access the platform
• Any activity associated with money laundering or the financing of terrorism
• Abuse of the bonus system, including coordinated simultaneous use with other players
• Cyber attacks against the platform infrastructure, including hacking attempts, DDoS attacks, or exploitation of security vulnerabilities
• Threatening, harassing, or causing harm to support staff or other players
• Sharing your account with others or allowing others to play using your account

AceWin reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including account freezing, forfeiture of balances obtained through unlawful activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your AceWin account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all available balances (excluding bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal subject to the applicable withdrawal terms.

AceWin reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close an account under the following circumstances without any compensation for bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failed identity verification (KYC) or documents that cannot be verified
• Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulators
• Suspicious activity or activity related to money laundering
• Self-requested exclusion through the program Responsible Gaming

In the event of closure due to a violation, any real money balance (excluding bonuses) that has not been withdrawn will be held pending completion of the investigation. If the investigation finds no violation, the balance will be returned to the player.

10 AceWin Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AceWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses from game outcomes, including losses caused by the player's internet connection issues
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by player negligence
• Service disruptions beyond AceWin's reasonable control (force majeure)
• Inaccuracies in information provided by third-party software providers

AceWin's maximum total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limit does not apply to personal injury or death caused by AceWin's negligence.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

AceWin is committed to the privacy and protection of your personal data. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms.

In short, AceWin:

• Collecting your personal data only for stated and legitimate purposes
• Not selling or transferring your data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent
• Using 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers
• Retaining financial transaction data for the period required by legal obligations
• Grants you the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable laws

12 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

AceWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email and in-platform notifications at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the AceWin platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them are subject to applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be settled through a mutually agreed arbitration process.
